Description
As the SEO team leader in Valencia, you will lead our local SEO team and be responsible for the strategy and execution of all SEO initiatives for our clients. You will collaborate with other departments to integrate SEO into overall digital strategies. Your leadership will ensure alignment of SEO objectives with clients' business goals and the continuous growth of our presence in the Spanish market.
Main responsibilities
- Strategic direction: Define and implement SEO strategies that align client objectives with market trends.
- Team management: Supervise, train, and develop the SEO team in Valencia, ensuring optimal performance.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams for seamless integration of SEO.
- Analysis and reporting: Regularly evaluate SEO campaign performance through analytical tools and report results to clients.
- Innovation and research: Stay at the forefront of new SEO practices and adapt approaches accordingly.
Requirements
- Significant SEO experience: At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of team management success.
- Leadership skills: Demonstrated experience in team management and development. - Excellent analytical skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Multilingual communication skills: Mastery of Spanish and English to effectively communicate with the local team and international clients.
- Higher education: Degree in marketing, IT, or a related field.
